General Manager - Techno Commercial (Sales, Marketing, Business Development)

Experience : 10+ years

Qualification : BE / B. Tech – Any Engineering and Finance  

Age Limit : 45 years (Maximum)

Industry Preference : Steel Company   


  • Structure in the organization (including operations, finance/accounting), branding & marketing of the company, and the growth strategy.
  • Executing and implementing the expansion/CAPEX plan, including the value addition product mix & achieving the production and sales targets for all products.
  • Improvement in the top line through production targets being achieved and the new product range; improve the NP through cost-cutting measures and bringing in efficiency through structuring the organization.
  • Implementation of the short-term strategy
  • Project timelines are clear and being followed, market reach and brand strategy should be in place, build relationships with banks and financial institutions
  • Increase the customer base (retail and corporate) through better branding (incl reducing imports), project targets are being achieved
  • Ensure product range is clear, identified, and production is in the pipeline and market is aware; any other lucrative value addition products are identified and business/project plans are developed and in pipeline; participation with the Chamber of Commerce
  • Language Preference : French or Kiswahili
