Job Description:
To look after the overall profitability of the store.
To meet the sale targets of the store on daily basis.
To maintain the markdown and dump of the goods well below the stated benchmark.
To implement and execute the processes as per the company SOP.
Training and development of Team Associates working under.
Overall Customer service and customer satisfaction.
People management of 46 associates .
Scheduling of associates on weekly basis.
Inventory management and replenishment of stocks from warehouse to the store.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene as per the FSSAI standards which is measured quarterly .
Expiry Management of the sellable food merchandise in the store.
Participation in associate level recruitment.
Handling Corporate Social Responsibility of the store by conducting various activities in terms of giving back to the community
