Urgent Job Opening EA to MD leading group company. 

Functional Support:

MIS Collection, Analysis & Reporting

Assist seniors in research work

Work cooperatively with colleagues in the Trade Execution team providing support as required

To act as initial point of contact for the President in his absence, assessing

Priorities and re-directing calls, enquiries and requests as necessary

Filter incoming mail: sort, redirect and take action as appropriate

Administration Support

Manage the Presidents diary and appointments

Make travel arrangements; prepare itineraries; prepare, compile and maintain travel vouchers and records

Any other responsibility as assigned by the President
