Deputy Manager – Maintenance - Central Africa

Location: Central Africa

 

Responsibilities:

·         Planning and organizing production schedules of food and beverage line (CSD, Juicy).

·         Production control and data management.

·         Assessing project and resource requirements.

·         Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales and Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary

·         Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.

·         Determining quality control standards.

·         Overseeing production processes, Problem Solver/ Trouble shooting.

·         Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials in association with SCM/Logistics

·         Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.

·         Supervising the work of junior staff & Organizing relevant training sessions

Education & Experience:

B.Tech / M.Tech (Mechanical) with minimum 10 years of experience of same field.

Should be good with French and Swahili

Prior experience in Africa will be preferred.
