Finance Analyst – MIS (Management Information Services)

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India

Education: B.Com or M. Com or Inter / Final CA.

Experience:  At least 4-5 years of experience with analytical skills in accounting and finance areas.

Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Planning, Budgetary, MIS – Reports and analysis and controlling aspects and Back office (BPO) experience is essential.

Job Description:

·         The position will report to Head Office and coordinating with the concerned EAs on a daily basis.

·         Collect and review the past records to arrive related to the financial analysis

·         Review and monitor with all the Business Heads

·         Communicate and report all the variances – every monthly

·         Revenue comparison with Budgeted target-and reasons for variance to come from operations head

·         COGS variance with Budget - and reasons for variance

·         Direct and indirect expenses variance to budget and reasons for variance

·         Quality details of revenue and comparison with the budget and reasons for not meeting target, if any.

·         Balance sheet review

·         Debtors, Loans, & Advances and Creditors ageing Analysis

·         Shareholders fund movement including dividend declaration and insisting on formal Board resolutions to support the dividend payouts.

·         Review of costing to ensure the costs are all under control

·         Overheads / direct expenses analysis to establish costs control to achieve profitability

·         All movements in loan liabilities to be backed up by agreement

Performance would be measured in terms of:

·         Reporting with clear defined MIS as per the agreed timelines

·         Maintaining clarity of defined deliverables

·         Control and reporting aspects

·         Follow- ups with the BHs and EA Finance - Metal and mining & EA- Finance – Family and Agri Business
