Job description:

Stock and supply chain management, including forecasting, optimizing and ordering raw material in order to ensure production targets are met for large corporate supply agreements.

ERP entries on production, raw material and finished goods should be presented to management on a regular basis

Prepare costings and negotiate contracts with existing and new clients, searching and building relationships with potential customers

Staff management skills including recruitment, troubleshooting and timetable scheduling

Liaising with Government authorities and ensure all statutory requirements are met

Knowledge on the maintenance (inc. spare parts ordering) and operation of blow and injection moulding plastic machines with several years experience working in high production environments

Conducting research and visits to find opportunities for new and existing plastic products in both existing and new markets, producing market trends and surveys (against competition) to management on a regular basis.

Candidate must fluent in French/Swahili.
