Injection Machine Operator / Maintenance Technician

Location: DR Congo

Experience:

Minimum Ten plus years’ experience working on Windsor Injection machine

Job Role:

To operate, maintain the machine with preventive maintenance and weekly production plans

Ensure production as per machine capacity and targets imparted

To ensure adherence to quality parameters of preforms made

Qualifications & Training Required:

Diploma/Degree/ITI in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering

Training in electronics maintenance of the machine is preferred

Key skills:

Hands on Windsor Injection machine working and electro-mechanical maintenance & repairs

Confidence and meticulous approach on weekly maintenance plans

Hard working for shift operation; break is hardly available but can be planned as machines run 24x365

Language Proficiencies:

Swahili preferred
