KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·         To plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a sales & dealers management within Delhi market for coated fabric product.

·         Identify relevant and potential customers to expand business in the respective Branch

·         Formulate and execute market focused strategies to penetrate the market

·         Identify Internal & External risks for the market and ensure measures for mitigation of targets

·         Monitor & Improve the process adherence & quality effectiveness of service provided to the dealers in the area

·         Ensure timely collection of payments and smooth supply of material in coordination with plants.

 

EXPOSURE & EXPERIENCE:

 

·         Manage day to day activities of sales, order execution, new orders for given region.

·         Contributed to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for the region.

·         Oversaw sales support activities such as sales administration, customer service, distribution, invoicing, and credit and collections to ensure that customer orders are processed, dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time.

 

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

 

·         Channel and Institutional Sales, Market Research, Forecasting, Pricing, Marketing Campaigns, Business Development Activities; Customer Service; Invoicing and Payment administration; Product mix, Sales volume and market share.

·         Select, and manage ongoing relationships with clients and dealers, Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a sales team
