Job Responsibility:

• To provide transportation service to various departments for operational needs of heavy equipment as well as individual use light vehicles.
• Records of vehicles and equipment’s for allotted to the departments & Group companies.
• Record and control the vehicles & equipment’s hired to other departments and group companies.
• Accounting and monitoring the issues of fuel to the vehicles and equipment’s.
• Documentations of all vehicles and Equipment’s, and ensure the validity.
• Maintain the Record for the documentations and ensure its timely renewal.
• Man power organizing, like attendance and work planning, Leave authorization. (Drivers , Operators , Mechanics, Permanent and daily labour)
• Ensure the safety orientation , Educate the workers for legal requirements,
• Light vehicles Repair and maintenance , Trouble shooting ,monitoring Job cards , failure reports
• Heavy Vehicles and machinery Repair and maintenance, Trouble shooting, monitoring Job cards, Failure Reports.
• Monitoring the scheduled maintenance of vehicles and equipment’s
• Maintaining stores for the spare parts of LMV & HMV, HEM, Including all consumables
• Update the data base of Stores inventory, Receiving and issuing
• Preplan for spares and consumables
• Old spares and scrap materials handling and reports.
• Handling Cash and accounting
• Candidate fluent in French and Swahili
