Job description:

·         Identify & Eliminate repetitive breakdown of equipment

·         Implement preventative maintenance schedule

·         Work towards Improve the overall plant availability from 80% to 90%

·         Maintain overall plant availability up to 90%

·         Spares planning & maintain inventory of spares & consumables

·         Maintain specific maintenance cost within budget

·         Control of manpower cost & reduce overtime hours

·         Control the spares & consumables cost within budget / as per specific maintenance cost.

·         Spares planning for next 6 months

·         Prepare preventative maintenance schedule

·         Monthly shutdown job planning & execution

·         Implementation of preventative maintenance plan

·         Shutdown job planning & implementation

·         Maintain inventory for spares & consumables

·         Eliminate repetitive breakdown maintenance by 50%

·         Prepare monthly report , including maintenance & electrical power cost

·         Achieve overall plant availability by 90%

·         Eliminate repetitive breakdown maintenance by 75%

·         Control the spares & consumables inventory

·         Eliminate repetitive breakdown maintenance by 100%

·         Maintenance of cone Crusher, Jaw Crusher, Vibrating screen, Slurry pump, Chemical process pump , geared motor

·         MS window, excel, MS project

·         ERP/SAP/ FEBBO

·         Auto cad

·         Chemical process industries, Mineral beneficiation or processing plant
