Job description:

To ensure weekly/monthly & production quality schedule as per plans & monitor shift wise production and provided feedback to the plant head on daily basis.

To ensure the smooth running of the plant, co-ordinate effectively with the maintenance department for any break-down, utility, services, etc.

To ensure a safe process going on in plant, also monitor and maintain all process parameters like standard operating process.

Day to day production planning and try to achieve maximum production with required quality by effective utilization of man, equipment and materials

To ensure proper controls supervisions of following areas in the plant:

Safety of plant machinery and people in a shift.

Enforce discipline with proper housekeeping and work culture.

Handling the documentation of ISO running process.
