Job description:

Understand the processing steps

Lead & guide troubleshooting actions when the process deviations occur

Monitor & control operations to achieve production targets meeting quality requirements

Plan procurement of Chemicals & Consumables

Train & motivate National & Expat workforce

Plan for Spares procurement covering Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation

Monitor all maintenance activities

Co-ordinate between Production & Maintenance teams to ensure Plant availability & performance

Responsible for EHS requirements of the Plant
