Job Purpose:
H.R. Management:
Filling documents as per the requirement of the office or updating files and registers related to attendance and work of the staff & Maintaining all legal records.
Data entry and loading other necessary information into the ERP Payroll system (Like Attendance, Overtime calculations, Salary register).
Maintaining and organizing the paper and electronic documents. Storing them properly for future reference.
Issuing of appointment letter to selected candidates.
Planning of induction training & other training of selected employees.
Keeping the list of employee communication and contracts updated.
All ISO related documentation of HR department.
Formulating wage and salary structure.
Processing wage and salary of employees &Issuing salary slips.
Keeping leave records & gate pass records.
Keeping record of personal work daily & Reporting to Superiors.
Formulation & implementation of H.R. Policies and Practices.
Monitoring on enhancing employees morale & Motivations.
Admin:
ISO related Documentation & records.
Maintenance of company Vehicles, documentation.
Monitoring safety & security of premises
Checking use of safety equipment (PPE), Fire extinguisher
Maintaining the Notice Board.
Travel Arrangement (Ticket Booking)
Monitoring Security agency & their daily reports.
