Job Description
Job purpose:
Complete operation in charge of beneficiation plant- gravity separation method tin & tantalite process plant.
Role & Responsibilities:
He will be responsible of stock pile management & grade control, operating the plant efficiently and achieving 80+ recovery, continuous monitoring the plant parameters and adjusting accordingly, controlling and training the manpower, achieving the key performance indicators, Tailing dam operation, final concentrate grade achieving as per the specs, mineral accounting, daily, weekly & monthly reporting etc..
Qualifications and Education Requirements: BE /B TECH IN ORE DRESSING
Preferred Skills
Knowledge in gravity separation technique
Experience in ore feeding system, scrubber, vibrating screens, pumps, Jigs, shaking tables, spiral classifier, magnetic separator etc..,
Experience in Tailing dam operation
Experience plant design, sizing equipment and mass balancing etc..,
5-6 years previous experience in an similar role / industry
Responsible for documentation, Reports & SAP, FEEBO.
Candidate must be dedicated, smart working, taking responsibility.
