This tool can be installed on BlackTrax Servers or your personal Windows machine. This tool allows you to communicate to Charging Stations, Sync Docks, Beacons, Mini Beacons, TimeKeepers, and Routers to program settings such as wireless channel, IDs, and brightness settings. If running on a BTServer, Device Manager will communicate to the main software to share Trackable and Beacon information.

This tool can be installed on BlackTrax Servers or your personal Windows machine. This tool allows you to read and verify RTTrP data, as well as as sACN and ArtNet packets when troubleshooting network connections.

This release brings QOL updates and bug fixes, especially concerning the continued preview of the integrated Motive experience. This release also brings BTWYG up to date and improvements to our software licensing system.

This release is supported on the new BTServer 2.0 (Rev 5 and Rev 6) as well as the older Rev 3 and Rev 4 servers. It includes BlackTrax System Update v2.5.0 BETA pre-installed as well as an installer to revert back to BlackTrax System Update v2.4.3.

BlackTrax is now a 64-bit application! All BlackTrax modules and BTWYG (upgraded to R45) are 64-bit compatible. This release also brings an early preview of the Motive integration. It is possible to track Beacons and manage Sensors all within BlackTrax via the new Sensor Calibration View. Additional features include Sensors Groups to help organize Sensors and get alerts when Sensors drop out or are missing. This is the first phase in a multi-phase release cycle, with more features being added in future releases.

The big new feature in this release is native control over conventional lighting fixtures. Fixtures without pan and tilt can now be controlled and used with features such as Zones. In addition a static beam size can be used (for Fixtures without automated beam options) so features such as Dynamic Beam Zones can be used with static fixtures. In addition to QOL updates and several bug fixes, this version also changes the way Zones are sent over RTTrPM to be more consistent with the rest of the protocol.

Chapter Timings and Fading, Pan-Flip Dimming, Device Manager integration, and several workflow improvements are included in this release. To have Device Manager communicate with the Main GUI, please ensure you are running Device Manager v2.4.0 or higher and be on the same machine.

This release is supported on the new BTServer 2.0 (Rev 5) model, BTServer Rev 4, and BTServer Rev 3. It includes BlackTrax System Update v2.3.6 and fixes certain third party programs from being blocked.

This release is supported on both the new BTServer 2.0 (Rev 5) model and the BTServer Rev 4 model. It includes BlackTrax System Update v2.3.4 and support for the new Portfolio feature. The Portfolio folder is now shared between the main and backup servers as opposed to the BlackTrax folder and is supported in the new Server Manager.

BlackTrax System Update v2.3.4 is mostly bug fixes and performance improvements over v2.3.3 RC. There are a few BTWYG enchantments, including a more standard approach to moving the 3D camera that follows other 3D applications as well as having the BTX Panel save its configuration.

This release is specific for the new BTServer 2.0 (Rev 5) model. It includes driver and network configuration support for the new server, as well as Windows 10 LTSB 2016 as the Operating System. BlackTrax System Update v2.2.4 is included in this image.

BlackTrax System Update v2.3.3 RC brings together a year of custom development, BETA testing, and new features. Any customer running any previous version of BlackTrax can upgrade to v2.3.3 RC and benefit from all previous features. Highlights include an all-new active point cloud engine for more accurate tracking, continuous calibration, RTTrPM precision restriction, IP change detection for outputs, BTWYG R41 Update 1, and several bug fixes.

2.3.2 Update 1 BETA includes BTWYG based off of R40 Update 1. This brings improvements such as PSN 2.0 and RTTrPM motion inputs into BTWYG as well as several improvements to DWG importing and CAD performance. For a full list of changes, check out the WYSIWYG R40 Update 1 Release Notes.

2.3.2 BETA brings several refinements and bug fixes to Portfolio Manager and adds an all new animated splash screen. Pan-Flip timing is also included in this release, which allows you to slow down the speed of a pan flip (up to 10 seconds) during Fixture Calibration. This is designed to combat fixtures that are hung from unstable lighting positions, where a normal (fast) pan-flip would cause the position to shake (like a dead hung truss for example).

In this next version of 2.3, we are adding a long requested feature and a required building block in future features: Portfolio Manager. Portfolios are a collection of projects (BlackTrax and BTWYG) that allow easy linking between files, easy transfer of those files, and allows the addition of features such as autosave, save archiving, and reverting projects which are all in this release.

BlackTrax System Update v2.2.3 is included in this release in addition to a new Server Manager, Device Manager replacing CSM, native support for 10.x Art-Net networks, and improvements to the imaging process itself.

BTWYSIWYG R39 is now included in this release, in addition to bug fixes and improvements to many of the features introduced in v2.2.0. These include Fixture Groups and Importing Outputs as well as improvements to how beam calculations are handled for sizing and Beam Collision Zones.

There are many other features that help improve the daily workflow of BlackTrax including Fixture Groups, adding Output Configuration to the toolbar, and having Messages always appearing on top of other widgets.

Cue-Able Fixture Calibration allowing each project to contain up to 24 different preset positions for each fixture. Each preset can be individually calibrated and recalled on a per chapter basis. In addition, there have been several additional bug fixes for Output Configuration and Monitor.

New Server Manager that combines BTBackup and BlackTrax Profile Manager into a single application. The Server Manager can also display currently installed versions of BlackTrax, easy access to license and configuration folders, and view network card statuses.

Several bug fixes, focusing mostly on improvements to Output Configuration and BTEngine module syncing. This update also upgrades BTWYG to R38 which includes truss mirroring, importing fixtures from a spreadsheet, auto grouping for fixture groups, library additions, and all other features of regular WYSIWYG R38.

Two new lighting features have been added to automate fixtures turning on and off based on visible motion: Smooth Pickups and Auto Douse. And lastly, full undo and redo (with logging abilities) are now available in Edit View for all chapter editing operations.

There is a new licensing security system used to authorize hardware devices with the BTServer. Please be sure to download the required license files. Note that for this release, your system will only warn you if your license is invalid, but will not prevent access to any features or functionally.

Motive has changed their coordinate system from a left hand coordinate to a right hand coordinate system. BlackTrax will convert the coordinate system automatically back to a left hand coordinate system for use with third party clients to maintain system compatibility. No change should be noticed, and you may set the ground plane in the same orientation as before. We still ask however that you please verify all connecting technologies to BlackTrax (lighting, multimedia, etc) due to this change.

This is a patch to 1.8.3 that fixes a crash when the user right clicks a calibration point in Calibration Mode. 1.8.3 is not required to update to this patch, this may be upgraded from an earlier version of BlackTrax as well.
