I use it sometimes in my Phaser 7400. I think it is marginally better
than plain bond because the surface is smoother. Also, there is less
dust, so you will have fewer problems with cleaning the printer. But
it's more expensive, and you'd practically have to use a microscope to
see the difference.

I strongly suggest that you do NOT use inkjet paper in a laser printer. Inkjet paper often has a chemical coasting that helps to keep the ink from spreading and the prints look sharper. That same coating can melt and act like an adhesive when fed through a laser printer. Laser printers use a powder toner that needs to be heated to set. The heat will melt the inkjet paper coating. I've seen a sheet of inkjet paper knock a Canon CLC color copier out of commission for 2 days while a technician was called in to replace the drum.

All that Michael said, plus...

Laser paper is specially designed for the high temperatures of heat-setting,
while inkjet paper is not. A sheet of inkjet paper could ignite in a laser
printer.

Use inkjet and risk going up in flames.
Think we'll go to the store and get some laser paper.
Thanks, Michael, Bevi.
