GREP emails, urls for hyperlinks

Anybody got a nice GREP for emails and for urls? I have to set up hyperlinks.

What is the best way to set lots of hyperlinks in CS6?
I vaguely remember the hyperlink-all command wasn't great and shared hyperlinks slow down id.

The BEST way?

1) Get out wallet.
2) Remove credit card.
3) Upgrade to InDesign CC.
4) Use improved hyperlinks and bookmarks tools.

Intools’ Style Utilities plug-in has a Create Hyperlinks from URLs feature that I’m sure is more full-featured than the defaults. You might look in to that.

Sorry to be late to the party but I couldn¹t figure out where I got this
GREP search for URLs from, and didn¹t realize I had saved it as a Search &
Replace.

(?i)(http|ftp|www)(\S+)|(\S+) (\.gov|\.us|\.net|\.com|\.edu|\.org|\.biz)
