Remove them from your Plug-Ins folder.

I removed from scripts but am still stuck with InTools and API in top menu. I suspect that has I had to give my computer password to install there my be element in my Library. It would be nice if InTools came with an uninstall. Dreamweaver has an extension manager. Not so InDesign.

The Adobe Extension Manager does handle ALL Adobe software. But InTools and API aren't in there, so they are taking up valuable ID top menu real estate.

Remove Adobe InDesign CS5.5/Scripts/In-Tools as well. If you aren't using any other APID things and want to get rid of the API menu as well as the In-Tools menu, remove the Rorohiko folder from Plug-Ins.
