What do you want to do? Embed a video copied from youtube into an InDesign

There may or may not be a more sophisticated way, but the brute force
method would be easy enough. Place a static image in the InDesign
document. Export the PDF. Open the PDF in Acrobat, and use the Link tool
to add the link to the video.
