Indyhall,

Hey everyone!  I was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction.  On TicketLeap we are planning on adding an online live chat feature to allow customers to get help from us, etc.  We definitely want something simple that we can run on Mac/PC without any heavy software.

Also, we are looking for a tool that would enable users to share their screen with us so we can help them over the phone and see what they are seeing.  I know GotoMeeting and a bunch of other tools do this, but does anyone know of something that can sit on our website that wouldn't require a client install to work?

In the absolutely perfect world, everything above could be accomplished with the same tool.  Ideas?

Thanks,
Chris

If you haven't already, you should take a look at Fog Creek Copilot
(copilot.com). It does involve running a program on the client side,
but it's an easy, lightweight download. Copilot is inexpensive, works
through firewalls, and can be co-branded. I've had good experiences
with it.
