 Performance point built on SharePoint 2007.  They MUST be HEAVY in SharePoint 2007 and strong in either Silverlight or performance point required.

·        .NET 3.5

Technologies & Tools:
·        C# or VB.NET

·        Team Foundation Server 2008

Development Methodology:
·        Agile or break fix
