Position: SQL Server DBA/Developer

Location: Louisville, KY

Duration: 6+ Months

Rate: $45/hr MAX RATE

 

 

4+ years with MS SQL SERVER, including time on SQL SERVER 2005

Very strong SQL and TSQL

Strong ETL

DBA experience with table design and performance tuning

Understanding of Data Warehousing and Cube concepts

Understanding of operational use of SQL databases in web development environment

Ability to quickly learn complex business processes around health insurance

Experience with performance monitoring and tuning SQL

Ability to work independently with minimal guidance

Experience translating business requests into system design

Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice to have SOME web development background - (non SQL) - dot NET
