Dear Sir / Madam,

Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) and Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India is organizing the 1st edition of the BIMSTEC Traditional Music Festival at the Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi on 4th August 2025 at 6.30 pm featuring Joint Musical performance by musicians & instrumentalists from 7 BIMSTEC countries, India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Myanmar, Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh. External Affairs Minister, Dr. S. Jaishankar has kindly agreed to inaugurate the Festival.

ICCR and MEA cordially invite you to grace the event on 4^th August 2025 at 6:30 pm onwards at Plenary Hall, Level-3, Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. An e-invite of hte programme is attached herewith for your kind acceptance.
