no, the point is we want to define labels accross all project + define default value as well.
For instance, right now, although "new" is not one of our labels, it does display by default for every new ticket.

This could be configured in the "Issues" tab of the given project.

Hello,
We are deploying InDefero for several projects, and want to define some default custom tags for the tickets, shared by all projects.
The default tags are defined as constants in :
src/IDF/Form/IssueTrackingConf.php

This could be nice to override these constants in the conf file or the admin section.
