Description:

I'm opening this issue because INSTALL.mdtext needs to be updated in order to reflect this dependence.
Without this package the creation of a project fails with the following error:

PlufErrorHandlerException making POST request to /dev/admin/projects/create/
2 : include_once(File/Passwd/Authdigest.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory

I ran into the same issue. This along with another error that was the result of 'at' not being installed.

These should be added to the requirements section of the documentation somewhere.
