web-app: error when I create a new test

when save the new test, appears: 

(svn) getting svn history for 'testname'

Failed:

null

Is it error on svn config? My svn config is:

scm.path=http://bj-scm.tencent.com/web/web_microblog_rep/bigdata_proj

scm.login=kikama

scm.password=(password)

revision.control=svn

Hi, could you provide the full stack trace from the log?
