Job Description

About the Role

Work closely with Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams to define and develop

comprehensive solutions across BI, Advanced Analytics, Statistical and AI/ML models.

Help clients succeed by leveraging their data to make smarter decisions.

Understand use cases, objectives, and business KPIs with client and stakeholders to track/optimize using data and analytics.

Strong understanding of the business, core data exploration techniques, and out of the

box thinking to improve profitability or reduce the cost.

Discover key drivers and agent behaviors that influence top business metrics.

Dive deep into the data lake for locating key insights, trends, and patterns.

Determine and present the data to all business stakeholders for maximum impact.

Skills required

2-6 years relevant experience with Data Analytics/Advanced Analytics, BI, Reporting or equivalent field.

Bachelors / Advanced degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics etc.

Highly proficient with SQL and Python

Experienced with BI tools like Tableau / Power BI / Looker /Periscope (Sisense).

Strong Industry experience with OLAP Databases & Warehouses (SQL, MySQL,

Postgres/Redshift or any other OLAP offerings like Oracle, IBM, Teradata).

Experience in development of large scale Enterprise grade solutions.

Great communication and presentation skills to coordinate across business stakeholders and technical teams.

Ability to understand business needs for performing analytics.
