Dear Professor Eldho,

Thank you very much. I am deeply obliged and indebted to my beloved
Department of Civil Engineering of IIT Bombay where I have now already
spent about 50 years (half a century) as a faculty member, a long enough
very happy and productive time, for giving me so such - so many
recognitions and awards in this journey. My time at the institute has been
very productive and fulfilling.

I am indeed a very happy and a very satisfied person professionally at the
end of my professional career. I would like to convey my gratefulness to
each and every member of my faculty colleague - present and former, the
associated very able and competent staff members of the department
belonging to both technical and administrative wings, my former and
present students including the donors- who actually have contributed
maximum to my success and achievements in life.
