new incursion fork

Great news. Another developer has forked the Incursion code and has been bug fixing it.

My "AI" driven rewrite is mostly done, but as they say the last 1% is 99% of the work (or something like that).

I tried it out for a minute; apparently the Human racial skills are busted. Gonna wait a bit to see if they fix it, but I'm still more hopeful for your A.I. version.

Human racial skills are fixed! I will play this fork for a while and see if it's well-made, hopefully squashing a bug or two along the way. (The only reason I haven't played it that much yet is because I got really sick recently.) I will report back with my findings!
