Do professional managers have a chance in our family run bussiness?

hello friends,
its true that professional managers have a chance in our family run
bussiness. they should be given chance as they know the concept of
management and they can bring in more innovative ideas. a family run
bussiness may not have different departments which is very much
necessary to carry out the bussiness in the right path. we can take
the example of rasna. it is a family run bussiness. there is no R&D
department, and there may be many other such reasons for its downfall.
professional managers does not only mean external people. there should
be professionalism in the business which leads to success.
