management means carrying out a process in a smooth manner. the
objective of management is always to maximise profits. today we can
see many organizations hiring freshers are providing training to them.
it means that they want their employees to perform efficiently and
lead the organization to success. these days the concept of management
is often heard. more emphasis is given to management as it the need
of the organization. the organizations give importance to all the
departments so that each employee performs well and acheives
organizations' goal and increase profit.
