Welcome to the 2012-2013 school year and 7th grade!
In class this week we will be jumping right in to our studies with a look
at conflict types and much, much more. We'll also complete several
different beginning-of-the-year assessments to better inform classroom
instruction.
Please be aware of the new late work policy (below) that the Incredibles
team teachers have implemented for this school year. Our hope is that this
policy will help each student learn as much as possible.
Incredibles Team Late Work Policy: You are encouraged to turn in EVERY
assignment on time. This helps you master the content you are learning and
allows your teachers time to check for understanding. Assignments turned
in one or two class periods late may receive only partial credit. Work
will not be accepted after it is two class periods late, and you will
receive no credit for the assignment. Illness and other extenuating
circumstances should be discussed in a timely manner with your teachers,
who may require a parent note.
