[IncoPOS] New stable version available (26.4.21.1)

- Added: Offer to reassign the operations that are made from a child location to the main location when possible when changing a location to be a sub location.

- Improved: When the header line in a csv has empty cells do not show them in the list where the item fields are mapped before import.
- Improved: When importing items using the setup cards and there is only one location and a specified column for availability, set the availability in the single location after the items import.
- Improved: The sub locations are hidden from the document numbering by location screen if they don't have any operations assigned to them.

- Fixed: The Tanzania forex driver hang on narrow Seewoo thermal printers.
- Fixed: Error while printing on a narrow paper.
- Fixed: The import from a csv file may show an error if the header line has information wrapped on multiple lines.
- Fixed: Sending bills to hotel via Fidelio / Opera M87 hotel link doesn't work.
- Fixed: Rare case where an invoice can be split in more than 2 pages while it should fit in two pages.
- Fixed: Populate the DueDate for Credit Note and Debit Note document templates.
- Fixed: When creating a new sub partner while the main partner "virtual" group is selected the group changes to the group for the sub partner after saving it.
- Fixed: Do not move the restaurant orders, preorders, reservations and hotel bookings when moving a location to become a sub locaiton.
- Fixed: Stop the client from reassigning operations for locations when the current database is connected to IncoCloud and is not managing the child and the parent locations.
- Fixed: Error while running items flow report on on MySQL servers with ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY sql_mode.
- Fixed: The receipt reports may show the totals with incorrect rounding according to the totals rounding precission.
