Microinvest have the application for Data collector hardware: http://en.microinvest.net/EN/Software-warehouse-barcode-Data-Collector that dramatically increase stock-taking process.

If I by it, will it work with IncoPOS application?

If no, can you provide some alternative how to quickly do Stock-Taking process with IncoPOS and Data Collector hardware (for example, Casio DT-930)?

I am not sure what how the Microinvest software works exactly, but you can try to use the import button in the Stock-taking operation to import the items with the scanned quantities.
