New beta releases are available for download:
IncoPOS Romania for Windows.
IncoPOS Universal for Windows.
IncoPOS Universal for Linux.
IncoPOS Universal DEB for Linux.
IncoPOS Universal for MacOSX.
If you can help with fixing the translation of IncoPOS to another language please use the tool we have included with IncoPOS called Translation Helper. Then you can send us the .po and .mo files for the locale you have fixed to off...@vladster.net and help us make IncoPOS even better!
Below is a list of some of the changes in this version:
- Added: A column for returned quantity to suppliers in the Items flow report
- Added: New button "Transform" while creating new operations that will save the current application and allow making a new operation or barcode sheet based on the current operation.
- Added: IncoCloud users can choose what language they want to be used for the emails sent to them by editing their profile.
- Added: Allow changing the operator of an operation on a location even when not managed by the current database.
- Added: A setting to choose weather receipts should be printed by default.
- Added: Show the licensing information about the current user even when the user does not have access to any IncoCloud groups.
- Added: Display a message when selecting an item from a list is disabled for the user and the item was not found.
- Added: Synchronization of orders from Amazon.
- Added: Designer for the footer and header of the receipts printed by the generic serial printer drivers.
- Added: New basic service to synchronize web stores with IncoPOS trough IncoCloud.
- Added: Overlapping by week in the bar chart visualization.
- Added: A checkbox to temporarily disable a vending machine.
- Added: Track and show vending machines last communication time.
- Added: Filtering and grouping for the vending machines.
- Added: Easy renaming of locations from the vending machine edit screen.

- Improved: Use of BCrypt hashing for passwords in IncoCloud.
- Improved: If the property grid or other windows are missing when the Document Designer starts show them automatically.

- Fixed: Incorrect partner debt when purchasing and returning to supplier.
- Fixed: Filters by hours are ignored.
- Fixed: Duplicate receipt is not printed correctly using the Generic printer drivers.
- Fixed: The report for consignors debt shows only 2 columns.
- Fixed: The report for consignments flow does not show all the columns as in the filter window.
- Fixed: Consignments with sales with invoices can be edited from the report result screen.
- Fixed: It was possible to save the settings to a file without extension.
- Fixed: Invoices should use prices without VAT for each item to comply with the law.
- Fixed: A rare error with IncoCloud causing the database to stop replicating.
- Fixed: Services not displayed when the logged in user has lower than Manager rights in the current IncoCloud group.
