Here you can find the email where you personally can contact the student hostel SAN SAVERIO for every kind of problem: in...@ostellopalermo.com
You can ask them also about lodging for eventual friends and relatives! :)
I inform you that in the San Saverio hostel the breakfast is included! :D

I remember you that the last bus departs from the airport at 23:00 (check the bus company site for the time of buses) and the first will depart only at 05:00 am

If you arrive in palermo, at the bus station or at the airport, after 23:00, we can organize some special pick up.. but only in case of emergency and only if we are able to do it :)
For this reason, you must save the phone number of your contact people and, if necessary, contact them and ask them what is the best thing to do!

Here the answer to your questions

Barbara's question: most probably some of us will come to san saverio in the morning to lead you to santi romano, where the check-in will be just in the morning

Jana's questions: you can check your contact person in the card of acceptance (the same where you knew about the departments and other main things). you can call me +39 333 2870906 or andrea +39 3298913082 if you have problem. anyway don't worry! :) surely there are bus from the airport to palermo center (look below :P)

Route: Palermo (Central Station), via Emerico Amari (Port), Politeama, Via Libertà (near piazza A.Gentili), via Libertà (on the corner of viale Lazio), via Libertà (on the corner of via D'annunzio), via Croce Rossa - Piazza A. De Gasperi, via Ausonia, via Belgio, Aeroporto.

Timetable:

from Palermo - first trip 4.00 - from 05.00 to 23.00 - every half hour

from the Airport from 6.30 to 24.00 - every half hour
