Thanks for Sharing your email ID. I hope to get some more people to get onboard to get this resolved.

Like you , Even I dont have any information on how to approach. But as written in the notice , we can appeal for correction to CPC under some section 153.
or some other section called 242(a) in your jursdiction.
I dont know the hell where these guys are located :(

The phone number on the notcie dsnt seem to work. I tried all day yesterday.


There is a 30 day clause , so we need to be doing something b4 that.

please let me know if you are able  to get some more info.

BTW, where are you located and what is the amount you are asked to pay? m located in blore and i have been asked to pay arount 98k :(. but my calculations are cut and clear. all the amount has been deducted in the form of TDS.

But still this is an unwanted head ache.
