demand intimation with wrong calc

Hi,
I too got 143(1) intimation from CPC with mistake in calculation.
They copied the same amount what I mentioned under Income from salary
to Income from other source. This made the income to twice and they
calculated tax on that.

I called CPC phone number today(5Apr10) and I was told; not to worry
if there is an issue in tax calculation from dept. I was also told
that they are going to upload the online rectification procedure in 10
days (not sure of exact date) @ http://www.incometaxindia.gov.in/ .
They took my PAN no., communication reference number mentioned on
intimation letter and gave me a service request no.

I have no clue like most of you on solution. Hope we will all share if
there is any solution to this prob. Pls post if you find such online
rectification page in income tax site.
