Interesting for labeling

When labeling variables, it is not necessary to give stata the full variable. Enough digits of letters that could distinguish each variable from the varlist are all stata wants. Like:

Instead of using: 

label variable d_total      "Reason die"

The following would be enough

label variable  d_tol      "Reason die"
