The file system for ABBYY FineReader is outstanding. It ever task is stored in format of a folder.
This makes it possible for the group to jointly work on one PDF file, if possible. Just let ABBYY open "saved FineReader" document and the "task" would be opened properly. All the changes from other computers would be saved in this folder, once synced.
All the "tasks" are in "Kayla's Work" --> "Project".
