However, you won't be notified of anyone doing anything there if you don't make yourselve a "watcher" of the associated repository(s).

You may want to go here, https://github.com/inclusivenaming/org, and then go to the upper-right, watch button and select All Activity. Otherwise, you wont get notified of things happening there
