One of the 11 victims in this "landmark legal victory" is a mentally challenged girl. Who knows how many more children with disabilities have suffered (or are still suffering) sexual abuse in the  hands of perpetrators who remain scot-free? (We don't make light, of course, of similar abuses heaped on children without disabilities, but we know full well how much more vulnerable children with disabilities are to all kinds of abuse, sexual not being the least of them).
