Greetings,

We have been quietly advancing AI incident indexing with new systems, data, and collaborations and today reached a major organizational milestone with the launch of the "Responsible AI Collaborative." The launch brings a community-centered governance structure, 5x expansion in funding, and green lighting of several incident infrastructure and data projects.
