.jar-file download issue

Hello,

I would like to ask you for help. When I try to download the file INCEpTION 0.19.0 (executable JAR), the error 404 rises up with a quote "This is not the web page, you are looking for."  Are there any restrictions on downloading the file, or there is an error on the website?

no restrictions, we just forgot to update the URL. It works now again.
