How to upload annotated file (format TSV) on INCEpTION

Hi,
My name is Byeong sun Park, and I am currently a master's student at the NLP lab at Inha University in South Korea. Our lab uses Inception extensively, primarily for NER tasks.
Recently, our lab's server computer was hit by ransomware, and we lost all the data on that PC, which has caused significant difficulties for us. Fortunately, we have some completed tagging projects exported from Inception in the WebAnno TSV 3.3v format. I tried uploading these files using the admin account, but I keep encountering errors, and they don't upload successfully. On my personal PC, the files just show up as TSV file extensions. Could you please provide some assistance with this?
Additionally, is it possible to upload the tagging results downloaded from Inception in such a way that the tagging information remains intact?

did you export only the TSV 3.3 files or did you do a full project export (i.e. do you have a ZIP file that contains a projectXXXXX.json file and the TSV files in subdirectories?
