Upgrade advice: critical bug fixed in INCEpTION 0.18.3

The new INCEpTION 0.18.3 fixes another bug that can cause
annotations to be lost due to a race condition (timing issue).
The issue has mainly been observed in a project which used a
very large document in conjunction with recommenders. However,
in principle it could happen independently of the document
size and also in some situations where recommenders are not
enabled.

It is strongly recommended to upgrade to INCEpTION 0.18.3 to
improve the safety of your data!


We were able to isolate and fix this issue because it was reported
to us by one of our users who helped us diagnosing the problem by
provided helpful log data and error messages. Many thanks!

Remember: no software is bug-free, so please make regular backups!

Either perform system level backups including backups of the
database used by INCEpTION - or at least regularly export your
projects and keep these exported projects as backups.
