inception 31.4: documento not show for anottation

Hello.

I'm on migration from inceptio 16 to 31.

I can connect to the server (vía 2 apaches as proxies)

I can create a new project and also load documents. BUT, no document is show when selected.

I can download a document ! But cannot displayed.

Also, activities panel is always loading.

On log file, I see this message:

2024-04-16 14:51:08 WARN [SYSTEM] PackageResource - resource [path = de/tudarmstadt/ukp/inception/ui/core/dashboard/activity/ActivitiesDashlet.min.css, style = null, variation = null, locale = en]: Unable to find resource (status=404)

Someone had some similar problem?

I know the warning, but it shouldn't cause any trouble. Eventually, I'll figure out how to get rid of it...

The reason why the panel keeps on loading is most likely that your Apache proxies are not set up to handle WebSocket traffic. INCEpTION now makes use of WebSocket in various places such as the activities panel, the annotation sidebar and the project export.

I have just released INCEpTION 32.0 [1].

That includes a new documentation for configuring WebSocket on Apache HTTPD [1].

Also, when you log in as an admin and click on "Administration" in the top menu bar, you should now get a few indicators if you are running behind a reverse proxy and whether INCEpTION thinks your configuration is correct. If any of these indicators is red, try checking the admin guide if your setup is complete or get back to me.
