Hello, thank you for your previous response. I'm encountering an issue while trying to upload a TSV file, and I'd like to ask for your help.
The error message I'm receiving is:
Error while uploading document [Test_v02.tsv]: IOException: Illegal format header: [#FORMAT=WebAnno TSV 3.3]
Let me explain my situation. I have a backup of a TSV file from a previous version. This backup was made when the project was using Layer(1). Now, I want to upload the TSV file to a project with a modified Layer structure, which I'll refer to as Layer(2). I’ve made changes to the TSV file to match the new Layer(2) structure, where certain tags from Layer(1) have been replaced with new ones.
However, when I try to upload the modified TSV file, I’m getting the above error. Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue? Additionally, it would be helpful if you could provide some guidance on the proper format or structure for a TSV file that matches the new Layer(2) configuration.

Hello,
I have a question regarding the file upload feature in INCEPTION. I would like to know if there is a way to upload a previously exported TSV file and continue working on it while displaying the tagging results I had done earlier. If there is a guide or manual for this process, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share it with me.
Thank you.
Best regards,
ian kim

Yes, you can do that.

However, before you can import a WebAnno TSV file into a project, you need the set up the layers in the project to match the layers used in the file.

Each TSV file has a header that describes the layers. If you do not remember your original layer configuration, looking at the TSV file header may
help you remember.

Cheers,

I believe the names of the "success.tsv" and "failure.tsv" are misleading as I can import the "failure.tsv"
into a project created from the "Basic annotation" template, but when I try import the "success.tsv", I get
the error you also yet.

Now, the reason we get the error is that the file contains a large number of tab characters after trailing
the `#FORMAT...` line.
