Hello everyone,
Me and several team members are working on a project involving L1 learner texts. We annotate these texts for errors, which is done by 2 people individually for each text, with a third team member curating the texts. Additionally, for my PhD project, I annotate the connectives in the texts. This is done only by me and not part of the curation process.
We have now converted some curated texts to Annis to see whether everything works. The error annotations look fine. However, my connectives are only visible in some rare cases, even though they have been annotated in the vast majority of these texts. I checked the exported files and they don't seem to be visible there either. I hypothesise that this is because they did not undergo the curation process and are thus not visible in the curated documents which are exported.
My question now is whether there is a way to make all annotations in this connective layer visible in the curated texts too or a way to export annotations in this layer regardless of whether they’re curated. Or is it necessary to manually click on each annotation in the curation process?
Any help with this issue would be much appreciated. If you need more information, please let me know.
Many thanks in advance and best wishes
Charlie
