Concurrent modification error

Hi,

We are repeatedly receiving the following error message, along with annotation fragments that are not being saved. We are unsure what the cause is or how to resolve the issue. We are currently using version 36.0.

Error: While [writing], the file system CAS storage detected a concurrent modification to the annotation CAS for user [user] in document [doc](1) or project [Project](1) (expected: 2025-05-22 07:19:48.928 actual on storage: 2025-05-22 07:19:48.929, delta: 00:00:00.001), accuracy: 1000ms.

Are you hosting INCEpTION on a cloud service by any chance? Azure maybe?

No, we're hosting it on local servers

I have not seen this occur on local machines so far.
Which operating system are you using?

You have already tried setting the "cas-storage.file-system-timestamp-accuracy" configuration option, right?

I haven't tried this before, but I set this parameter and so far it seems to be working fine. Thanks!
